Michael McVey is a graduate of Arizona State University. He has an under- graduate degree in Global Business and an MBA with emphasis on Strategic Marketing and Planning. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in construction contracting and manufacturing. He has served as an advisor for national speciﬁcations on pedestal set pavers, ballasted systems and high wind appli cations. He has also been involved with the product development for roof tiles, roof pavers, pedestal, ballast pavers and planter systems. He works closely with architects, developers and municipalities providing expert advice on roof top paver systems.

Kevin is a LEED Green Associate and licensed Professional Geologist with an M.S. in Engineering Geology from Drexel University. He is one of the contributing principal authors of ASCE's Permeable Pavement Manual and is a member of two ASCE Standards Committee related to interlocking concrete pavement. As a voting member of ASTM, he has been involved in developing several unit concrete standards and infiltration test methods. For over 10 years Kevin has been involved with the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, chairing both the Technical and Government Relations Committees. He currently chairs the ICPI Foundations' Program Committee and serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the ICPI. Ken has over 25 years of experience related to concrete products used for environmental site solutions.
Paul Cureton, PE
Paul Cureton is the National Engineer for Oldcastle APG. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois. He worked as a consulting civil engineer for over 20 years focusing on stormwater management and sustainability before joining Oldcastle. Paul has extensive experience designing permeable pavements with over 2 million square feet of projects installed.
Don Armstrong, PE
Don is a National Engineer for Oldcastle Architectural Products Group. He pro vides technical support for the design and construction of segmental retaining walls and mechanically stabilized earth structures. He is a graduate of Montana State University and is a Professional Engineer licensed in multiple states. His emphasis is on geotechnical engineering and the design and construction of mechanically stabilized earth structures, with over 30 years of experience in the field. His position before joining Oldcastle was as Chief Engineer for ANCHOR Diamond, Inc., one of the pioneering companies in the segmental retaining wall industry.
