Paul Cureton is the National Engineer for Oldcastle APG. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois. He worked as a consulting civil engineer for over 20 years focusing on stormwater management and sustainability before joining Oldcastle. Paul has extensive experience designing permeable pavements with over 2 million square feet of projects installed.

Kevin is a LEED Green Associate and licensed Professional Geologist with an M.S. in Engineering Geology from Drexel University.   He is one of the contributing principal authors of ASCE's Permeable Pavement Manual and is a member of two ASCE Standards Committee related to interlocking concrete pavement.  As a voting member of ASTM, he has been involved in developing several unit concrete standards and infiltration test methods. For over 15 years Kevin has been involved with the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, chairing both the Technical and Government Relations Committees. He currently chairs the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute Foundations' Program Committee and serves on several task groups and committees with the newly created Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association. Kevin has over 25 years of experience related to concrete products used for various engineering and environmental applications.

Michael McVey is a graduate of Arizona State University. He has an under- graduate degree in Global Business and an MBA with emphasis on Strategic Marketing and Planning. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in construction contracting and manufacturing. He has served as an advisor for national  specifications on pedestal set pavers, ballasted systems and high wind appli cations. He has also been involved with the product development for roof tiles, roof pavers, pedestal, ballast pavers and planter systems. He works closely with architects, developers and municipalities providing expert advice on roof top paver systems.

Paul is the Senior Production Technician for the ANCHOR DIAMOND Group and provides technical support for the manufacture, splitting, cubing and palletization of segmental retaining wall products.  Paul support both domestic and international licensees on all types of block machines, big board machines and splitters.  For over 30 years (27 of which have been with Anchor Diamond/semental retaining wall industry) Paul has plied his trade from cube operator, shift supervisor, plant manager, to senior production technician while earning his Master Blockmakers certifficate through World Center for Concrete Technology.  

Jon is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering and is a licensed engineer in multiple states. His emphasis is in geotechnical engineering and the design and construction of mechanically stabilized earth structures, and has over 24 years of experience in the field. He also serves on the Concrete Masonry and Hardscapes Association (CMHA) technical committee and is involved in the ongoing changes and revisions to the CMHA Design Manual and Best Practices Documents.

Injue is a Senior Engineer for Anchor Wall Engineering, LLC. She is a graduate of University of Minnesota with a Bachelor in Geological Engineering and a graduate of University of Wisconsin with a Master of Science in Engineering. Injue has over seventeen years of experience in geotechnical engineering, specializing in providing design and technical support for segmental retaining walls and mechanically stabilized earth structures and she is a Professional Engineer licensed in multiple states.

Molly is a Senior CAD Technician at Anchor Wall Engineering. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and also holds an associate degree in CAD Technology. Molly has 18 years of experience employing computer aided design tools in the field of retaining wall design and construction. Detailed precision, accuracy, and efficiency are the guiding principles of her work at Anchor Wall Engineering.

Taylor Atteberry is a graduate of Globe University. He has 10 years experience as a CAD drafter with program knowledge of Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Rhino CAD, Autocad & Inventor. With a vast knowledge of these programs he is able to use different drafting techniques to complete projects. Taylor is also part of the AMTC team designing block molds for our customers.
