The ANCHOR DIAMOND in-house legal team provides legal guidance for all ANCHOR DIAMOND products. The team has a diverse skill set in the hardscapes category and participates in the R&D process from stage one to launch and beyond. Legal services also include patent and infringement searches. The team has secured over 100 patents for ANCHOR DIAMOND worldwide.
ANCHOR Mold & Tool manufactures new molds and parts for ANCHOR DIAMOND products. AMTC offers the fastest turnaround times in the industry with the highest quality. Key replacement parts are kept in stock for fast delivery to keep manufacturing machines running. AMTC works with R&D to develop high-quality molds for new products and maintains a rental fleet of over 100 block and paver molds for the Mold Rental Program.
The ANCHOR DIAMOND production team provides on-site support for new and existing ANCHOR DIAMOND products. ANCHOR DIAMOND's holistic approach to production and plant operations engages with AMTC to keep manufacturing plants running efficiently and producing high-quality products. A wide variety of training classes keep plants up to speed with the latest technology.
ANCHOR DIAMOND inventories over 100 block and paver molds. The rental fleet inventory targets low volume, specialty and new products to keep licensees manufacturing and meeting their sales goals. Monthly usage reports help operations know when it makes sense to stop renting and buy their own mold. All molds are professionally maintained and cleaned by AMTC, who also handles the logistics to ensure molds arrive on time.
ANCHOR DIAMOND's fulfillment program coordinates the ordering and fulfillment of pins, connectors, and other accessory items for hardscape fabrication. Large inventory volumes ensure quick shipment, competitive pricing, and availability.
ANCHOR Engineering has provided engineering services in the segmental retaining wall business for over 25 years. Licensed in 16 states, the AE team of experts includes 4 engineers and 2 CAD technicians who work with sales representatives to provide material quantity estimates, CAD drawings, and final engineering when required. Anchor Engineering can coordinate the final design and drawings in all 50 states through either Anchor Engineering LLC or though our network of engineering partners and can also provide technical assistance with stormwater, ICP and rooftop applications.
The ANCHOR DIAMOND website and Marketing Resource Center offers licensees access to a complete set of marketing materials inclusive of co-branded sell sheets, project profiles, technical notes, social media assets, and a product website with complete installation and product brochures for the entire ANCHOR DIAMOND product line.
